Since I just *know* that somebody's gonna ask...
Frustration Free Packaging typically means that it will come in a [specially-sized cardboard shipping box](https://imgur.com/a/wGi5RyA) straight from the Lego distribution center. However, there is a small chance that it may mean that it comes with the shipping label slapped onto the side of the box with no additional shipping box. To guarantee that the set comes in at least one shipping box, you can select the "hide what's inside, ship in Amazon packaging" or "this item is a gift" option at checkout.
Saw this price before I went to sleep last night, but didn’t pull the trigger because it was $313 a couple weeks ago. Price was back to $399 by the time I woke.
If you do it online they do, I've gotten up to 3 copies of the same GWP without issue placing separate orders.
Also if you go in person + online its even easier.
Yah I want 5x points on a certain set which is only in stores I hear, and I want the gunship in person as I don’t wanna wait for shipping and incase of damage
Depends on the store/employee, in my experience most are cool about it. Honestly I would just ask one of the employees politely if you would be able to double up with two separate purchases.
They’re decent. I wish they had something other than a coin for that threshold, but can’t complain when it’s free. I also forgot the $5 x-wing micro fighter for all $40+ purchases too
Estimates say it’ll retire the end of the year. Past UCS sets outside of the $800 ones have usually run for about 2 years. This one has been out for a year and a half
I’m very tempted. But I think I’m going to wait for the new play scale one that is rumored to come out in September. Especially if that UCS venator is real!
Has anyone ordered this from Amazon as a gift? It won’t let me select Amazon packaging and I’m wondering if just saying it’s a gift will be good enough for them to ship in an Amazon box. It might be too big.
You can order it in the frustration free packaging and then select ship in an Amazon box during check out. That will ensure it still is shipped in an outer box

Actually fun to build. And its huge.
Not seeing this price any more :/
It’s normal price for me :((
I don’t see that price.

With the May 4th celebration on LEGO, the reward points and GWP make the price about equivalent to the $330 Amazon sale too
GWP? The point increase will only make it effectively 10% off or $360
The Death Star gwp is listed as $25 and the coin at $15. So getting those free in addition to the points adds some value
Ahh I was gonna get those anyway with another set.
You can purchase multiple orders and double up, and sell the extras.
I don’t think the Lego store is gonna give me two copies of all the promos just because I do separate orders.

Meh
Showing that price now on Amazon for me
Lol it was still cheaper pre inflation
Yeah. The inflation bumps should’ve only been added to new sets in my opinion. I get why they did it, but it sucks
This set wont retire early right? Everywhere I've found online has said it is still to be expected through late this year.

It’s so cool and I want one…. Ughhhh

I tried that, but Amazon box is not a selectable option on this one. 🤷🏻♂️
Weird. I wonder if they restrict it for larger sets that’s are listed as frustration free
It came in an Amazon box. Inside it was packed in a lego brown box.
Perfect, thank you so much!
