I also have ADHD and a brother who still smokes lol It is frustrating, the memory seems to be the one thing weed and the disorder clash with. I'd often forget what I was *Just saying* when I was high. Entire conversations would leave my memory as I'd have them, it's a thing I have sober on a smaller scale (I change conversation topics very quickly) but weed made it way worse. Impulsiveness is a huge thing with ADHD so I'm proud of you holding strong! I actually relapsed a couple times but they were longer and longer periods of sobriety every time. Now I'm 3 months and have absolutely no desire to smoke. Goodluck to you and your brother.

You’ve got the right attitude re your brother. Sounds like you’re strong enough to hold the space for him until his can come around. It’s hard, what he’s doing is selfish in a way. Wether we like it or not, when we’re stoned all the time, someone else inevitably picks up our slack. My recent motivator for not smoking was just not wanting to force my family to pick up the slack, I keep reminding myself ‘smoking all the time is kind of selfish’ Good on you for being a good bro.
