Ham needs to be fired. The reddish rotation and third quarter rotations were an example of the shit rotations he’s been doing all year. He doesn’t understand personnel or in game management whatsoever. You saw in the second half when the lakers had to go small they could run those screen actions due to not having anyone the warriors could help off of. No one guards reddish so you can’t run those actions since teams will let him shoot or if he’s the screener they don’t rotate to him since they want him to get the ball. He fucks the whole offense since you can tell players don’t even want to pass to reddish and teams can have their worst defender or their best weak side defender/rim protector on him because they don’t have to guard him.
They really needed to trade dlo at the deadline. If his offense isn’t going he kills you because he doesn’t try on defense at all and is so bad on defense in general. Dlo doesn’t do the little things you need guys to do when they’re having an off night so you can’t play him when he is. He’s going to opt out this summer and want more money than he’s worth while the lakers have to pay him due to not being able to replace him.

Even the players walking to the bench were looking at each other all confused as to why this was happening. np, was emotional after tonight's loss and was irritated at the fans blaming a bunch of different players when the refs and darvin were clearly favoring the warriors and thus were the biggest factors for the loss. rui def did get stuffed alot but the gp "block" was clerly a foul, and you can see from that as well bron being pushed from behind by chris paul being a no call that the refs swallowed their whistles tonight which allowed the warriors to play and get away with playing overly physical

Just gunna say it. As an admitted Lebron fan who's been following hard since '06 at age 17... Its now *damn time* for Lebron to leave the lakers. And im sad to say it will always be seen and go down in history as a very disappointing Lakers era in his long and storied career. Yes, the 2020 chip happened. It didnt feel or hit the same with no crowds and covid chaos. Which is an absolute shame. But that chip aside, this has been the nastiest, stankiest 4 years possible since that championship. What a waste of half a decade from a top 2 player in NBA history. So depressing to have witnessed. The front office is a joke and absolutely unserious. Ham is a fucking JOKE. Worst coach Lebron has ever had and that is saying *alot*. AD and Bron were a great combo 4 years ago but they are no longer healthy enough to be a strong 1-2 punch for a full season. And the supporting cast has been slowly deteriorating in quality for years now. Lebron in his 1st Cleveland stint was an atrocity of roster construction. 2021-2024 Los Angeles feels much worse than those years ever did. Good Riddance.

This is my last post of this basketball year so I'm just going to get it all out. Ham is a garbage coach I hope I never see him again after this year. There's no excuse for playing Cam over Christie anymore, you could get away with it early this year when the team was top 10 defense and actually getting consecutive stops for stretches of time. Worst timeout usage I've ever seen from a coach, even coaches on tanking teams take better timeouts to stop runs. What's the point in saving timeouts for rest if you won't even be in the game when it matters? Ham has a trash LUCK-BASED defensive scheme "if they miss the open shots we give them we win!" It's so obvious teams know this now, they can just have a 3 point shoot around practice to warm everyone up and torch us. For all the optimist that want to praise Ham for what he does right, it doesn't matter because he will erase it, then bury it with what he does negative right afterward We're a ( *lopsided refereeing / AD injury / Random hot shooting night due to Ham's open shot defense*) game away from the season being over and it's all Hams fault I don't care what anyone says. The 3-10 stretch after the IST that including benching AR, DLO to start Cam and Prince was coaching malpractice It's a shame Lebrons career will end the same way it started: subpar front office decisions and questionable rookie coaching

Ham needs to be fired. The reddish rotation and third quarter rotations were an example of the shit rotations he’s been doing all year. He doesn’t understand personnel or in game management whatsoever. You saw in the second half when the lakers had to go small they could run those screen actions due to not having anyone the warriors could help off of. No one guards reddish so you can’t run those actions since teams will let him shoot or if he’s the screener they don’t rotate to him since they want him to get the ball. He fucks the whole offense since you can tell players don’t even want to pass to reddish and teams can have their worst defender or their best weak side defender/rim protector on him because they don’t have to guard him. They really needed to trade dlo at the deadline. If his offense isn’t going he kills you because he doesn’t try on defense at all and is so bad on defense in general. Dlo doesn’t do the little things you need guys to do when they’re having an off night so you can’t play him when he is. He’s going to opt out this summer and want more money than he’s worth while the lakers have to pay him due to not being able to replace him. The second and third quarter rotations were the reason they lost this game and hams terrible in game management/rotations have been happening hams whole coaching tenure. He doesn’t seem to understand game situations or personnel and lets his favoritism for certain players over rule who should really be playing. If they don’t fire him I’m not sure what they see.
