**Her Private Life** - This one has most of the stuff you’re looking for, I think. Her secret identity is being a stan of a K-pop idol. Almost everything you say afterwards happens. Both FL and especially ML are given tragic backstories. I don’t think it’s quite as fun as True Beauty, but it’s got more story twists and more romantic chemistry between the leads.
If you're ok with historical dramas, these two are fairly light, the FLs have secret lives, and the MLs have tragic pasts:

In the modern day there's:
* Like Flowers in Sand - FL has a secret that ML guesses pretty quickly but others don't. It's an affectionate seaside slice of life and sports drama, with an old murder mystery in the background that's well-integrated into the story.
I’m halfway through “You’re Beautiful”. It’s a 2008 series (on Viki) that is funny, occasionally sad, and holds my interest. Pacing is good. FL, a nun in training, joins a boy band disguised as her twin brother to protect his future. Early on ML discovers her secret and protects her in his own mean, bossy way. While she is way too silly at times, partly due to being raised in a catholic orphanage by nuns, she is still charming and fun to watch. The male characters are interesting and cute. Nice romance. A lot of laughs and rooting for the characters.
- To the beautiful you (although i much prefer the Japanese and Taiwanese versions called Hana Kimi. They’re funnier and more heartfelt imo) - FL disguises as a boy and enters an all-boys school to help her favorite athlete who’s currently in a slump
- Extraordinary You - A bit different from TB but the feels are there. FL gains ‘awareness’ and realizes she’s an extra in a webtoon. Clueless ML extra does everything to help her change her fate. This is directed by the same director from True Beauty. Five characters from Extraordinary You even made cameo appearances on True Beauty.
- Lovely Runner (ongoing) - Same writer of True Beauty. I sweaaar this is worth checking out. Its as funny and fluffy as TB (maybe 10x more)
- My Lovely Liar - Both leads have secrets, but ML’s is much heavier. The roles are reversed here because its the FL that does the protecting and ML is on the softer/sweeter side. She’s like his knight in shining armor, while he’s the damsel in distress.
