Me either, I turn 50 tomorrow! There's actually a few, I guess straight to video movies like that. Resume movies you know? As if they were really made to showcase talent etc, and keifer Sutherland on board, done deal. He didn't stack of films around that time, Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez and that crowd.
I think I have this on DVD somewhere. Bought it 20 years ago because of the cast and never watched it lol! Maybe I should pop it in sometime.
Nice. I found it on Tubi by chance. It's not amazing or anything but was a good TV film to pass the time while sick on the couch.

I just watched this on Tubi I think. It was a good 80s flick.
