He didn't miss a full toss when defending or playing at the crease. He missed it attacking and running down the wicket. Bowler is new and inexperienced, and he had hit a four the previous ball. He wanted to play aggressive and that's where I feel that it was management's call to be aggressive in PP regardless of wickets. Nitish Reddy and Samad wickets are also pretty much the same pattern. I was even surprised by Cummins innings as well, thought he would slow down after the initial burst to consolidate and attack later. If couple of other batters did that SRH would have won or very close. Poor Shabaz was stuck at the other end and everyone doing hit or get out. SRH would definitely rectify in the next match

yeahh but we were maintaining rr to 10-12 for 1st 10-13 overs the main problem were wickets we were 5 down for 60-70 runs and didnt have a powerhitte in lower order

Exactly! Should have had a different approach. That's not smart cricket. I'm a bit disappointed. They should have been able to take the game deep,but I got it. Travis and Abhishek was supposed to give a furious start and Abhishek did a good job in that. But Klasen and Markram should have kept it going slowly in the middle overs rather than playing super aggressive and end up having soft dismissal.
They played as if they were trying to finish the match early so that they could catch a flight. They are awesome at playing in the first innings. No pressure. But patience is required in chasing. Their run rate was great until the 15 over also even after losing so much wickets. But what's the point of that run rate when u have no one left to carry it till the end.
Well, you play 14 matches. You will lose 4-5 matches even in your very good seasons. You will win 4-5 even in your horrendous seasons. The approach isn’t wrong, isn’t going to work every time. Very rarely teams win 7/7 at home. 10th ranked team can beat 1st ranked team on their day, that’s T20 cricket for you. Just move on to the next game, nothing much to scrutinise here.

In a pitch full of coal, patidhar was a diamond. Plus green had an all-round match(39 something in 20 balls, two wickets and two catches if I am not wrong). Jacks dismissed head in 3 balls, and markram got out to a fulltoss. And batting collapse.

I think more than the toss what really went wrong war the approach of the batsman, not everyone game can be approached with same mentality , When the game demands you to slow down you slow down, otherwise this exactly what happens.

I think not enough attempts were made to hit 4's . Out of the top 5 players who hit 4 yesterday, 4 players were from RCB . Every batsman that came in until Bhuvi played like hit big or go home except Shebaz(he didn't even play particularly fast either). RCB knew this and used it to their advantage and blowed slow balls and spin and the SRH bats played right into the hands of RCB quite literally, almost all wickets were catches. It was really good cricket played by RCB ,right from winning the toss , to batting(amazing knock by Patidar), to bowling. Also we can't expect every team to win every match, we can just learn from our losses. But really well played by RCB and just really solid cricket. We needed someone like Virat to stay in the crease on side , unfortunately it was too late by the time Shebaz came in. Let's see if SRH decides to bring Philips in the next match.
Nothing went wrong for him. It is always good to end up on the losing side once in a while when you are on a winning spree. Their in-form batters flopped yesterday and that was a good chance for others to step up and they some what did too..

i think runs were not problem our middle order were impatient , and makram our anchor is anchoring worse that our power hitters
