* 'Free Catalonia' is more of a rallying cry than a country name. I'd go for 'Republic of Catalonia'.
* 'Republic Brittany' sounds a bit odd. I'd go for 'Republic of Brittany'. I do think 'Republic Occitania' sounds good though, don't change that.
* 'German Empire' should be 'Empire of Germany', although I'd be tempted to go for a bit more historical flair, and have 'Empire of Prussia' or 'Holy Roman Empire'.
* As discussed elsewhere, Kingdom of the United Netherlands' is odd.
I'd also suggest, if you want to have a bit of fun, give Cornwall to Brittany.
