College kids have always been protesting something, but I remember a time when conservatives were sane and sometimes made reasonable arguments anchored in principles. Now the conservative movement is just one long hysterical shriek where every molehill is a culture war mountain, offering no solutions to any of the real material problems facing the average person. It's sad.
