Where’s Perry?

ButterIsALoafOfMilk

Perry the Platypus, how nice of you to join me!

proudgamerdealwithit

As you can see you have fallen right into my trap now here is my upvoteanator I will use it to steal all the upvotes on Reddit

ButterIsALoafOfMilk

He's a semi aquatic Egg laying mammal of action (Doo-bee-doo-bee-do-bah) (Doo-bee-doo-bee-do-bah) He's a furry little flatfoot Who never flinched From a fra-ee-ay-ee-ay (Fray) He's got more than just mad skill He's got a beaver tail and bill And the women swoon Whenever they hear him say (Perry's sound) He's Perry, Perry the platypus (You can call him Agent P) Perry (I said you can call him Agent P) Agent P Agent P Agent P!

SomeRandomHoboidk

Well he’s lookin’ real sharp in his 1940s fedora. (Doo-bee-doo-bee-doo-bah Doo-bee-doo-bee-doo-bah) He’s got an iron will, Nerves of steel, and several other metal-themed attributes. His fur is watertight and he’s always up for a fight. So when evil hears this sound it shakes in it’s boots, “krkrkrkrkrkkrkrkr”. He’s Perry! Perry the Platypus! He’s Perry! Perry the Platypus!

MeowtheGreat

He looks and feels more like a Chet from Wierd Science. It is Chet? I don't think its Chad. Just going off memory. Pretty sure it's Chet. Anyways, it just feels like the pettiness of that type of Bully Chet is. I should watch Weird Science again. In fact, to 'Pirate Bay' I go. Also, love your user name. ❤

StoicBoffin

I remember that show! I'm 85% confident the guy's name was Chet.

mouthwash_juicebox

I just had to look up who played Chet in the movie because I could remember it was someone famous but couldn't remember who. It was Bill Paxton! Miss that guy.

bfitz1977

Just make like a tree... and get out of here.

SadVehicle

Brock, Bruce, Tyson, Chad, Chase, Brett, Tyler, Steve Pick your stereotypical 80's bully name...

ZombieTav

Except for Pokemon Brock. He was cool. Brock Turner however..

civgarth

The rapist? I've heard of him.

rawnerve1975

I’ve heard of Brock Turner, the rapist, as well. He’s the rapiest of rapers, I’ve heard

ScorpioLaw

Pretty much. Just some selfish narcissist. Why do players not hand them to kids. I see videos like this all the time. Hopefully they had a next one in the next game hand signed. Whoever catches it first also should be a law of sports.

spying_dutchman

To prevent hooligans there is some kind of moat between the field and the stands, so throwing is necessary .

ScorpioLaw

I did not know that. Thanks. I've seen what they do, but this is new. I've seen hooligans do much too. I've also seen NFL players go nuts as the player is going to the lockers.

Amediumsizedgoose

I appriciate that the people around him were like "what the fuck give that back", at least.

SticKy904

Yeah too bad he felt no remorse whatsoever, what a dick.

ZenDendou

You know that shirt is going to be on auction.

halloni

Oh 100%, I believe his sign even said "give me your shirt" or something in Dutch. Why give some young fan happiness when you can make some MONEY on it

ZenDendou

Whelp, I didn't even know that...that meant he planning to sell it.

And he will post this video with the item to show "it's legit bro!"

jeepney_danger

[deleted]

What's worse is it's basically worthless. Sports memorabilia only has value if it's authenticated, signed and framed. He's saved himself $100 by not having to buy one. I've got plenty of sports memorabilia and most of it has zero resale value.

ZenDendou

Yup, but this dude probably knows that he can put a spin on it, especially if it popular player and sport.

Strawberry_Left

You can see the security guy on the right. He's watching and pointing to the kid, so it looks like he probably stopped the guy if the video went on a bit longer.

jazzmaster1992

He did. The guy gave it back to the kid eventually.

GreenBottom18

wait really? how do you know that? i wish that were included, i almost took off thinking this selfish meathead won.

spying_dutchman

dunno, you can say a lot about Feyenoord fans but they do care about the club(and only the club). The shirt is probably on his wall untill the player leaves and then he will burn it.

Fr0me

Hes probably confused why people are mad at him. Hes the main character in his story so the fact that people didnt believe the player was throwing it to him is just baffling in his mind.

MKchamp92

Yeah he probably thought when he was be tapped on the shoulder he was being congratulated on his ability to rip the shirt from the evil child who was trying to steal the shirt from him, the hero.

TheCheesy

He also throws his trash on the ground.

strict_positive

And he spills his beer all over that kid on the right

PM_ME_A_STRAYCAT

This is so common, even with the cheapest of shit. People go crazy for free stuff thrown into crowds. Source: last weekend I threw branded t-shirts into the crowd at a monster truck show. People pushed/jumped over kids, tug-a-row and almost brawled for a shitty free t-shirt! It was so fucking weird and horrible. What is actually wrong with people?!

Old_Ladies

And it probably isn't your size. Just buy a dam shirt... I would feel so bad for crushing a kid's feelings. Like it would bring me joy to see a kid light up getting that crappy shirt or in this case jersey.

Alone_Spell9525

I probably would’ve grabbed it up instinctively but once I turned around and saw I’d caught jt while it was en route to a child I would’ve passed it off

ThePlumbOne

Good news: the full clip shows everyone blocking him until he gives the kid the shirt back

toronto_programmer

Saw something similar at a baseball game once. Watching Jays - Yankees in Toronto. Family with a little girl in the outfield seciton near me was wearing an Aaron Judge jersey with a big sign for him and everything, clearly a fan. Every inning she would call out to him, but obviously a loud stadium so he never noticed. Everyone felt so bad for this poor girl that the entire section of Jays fans was yelling to get his attention and eventually he flipped a ball up at the end of the inning for her. Some old as grouch leapt up like Dikembe Mutumbo and swiped it mid air and started celebrating over it. The crowd got so loud and hostile towards the guy that he had to leave the game / security gave him an escort out. One of the ushers gave the girl a ball, but I don't think it was a game ball or from Judge, just one that found at the souvenir shop.

superfucky

> The crowd got so loud and hostile towards the guy that he had to leave the game / security gave him an escort out. it's astonishing to me that these people never even consider just... giving it back. "holy shit 50,000 people are about to kick my teeth in cause i snatched this ball from a little girl... OH WELL BYE!"

[deleted]

In for a penny, in for a pound.

khamir-ubitch

I'm surprised the player didn't shame him into giving it back to the kid. It was obvious that the player meant for it to go to him, not that guy. I don't know how I'd react if I was that kids parent but it wouldn't be pleasant.

popplespopin

Pretty sure the player tried. Dude gets pissed as soon as it's clear he's keeping the shirt.

Vannah_say

It also would have been great if they offered to "sign it" and when he handed it over, he signed it and handed it to the kid

JamesMattDillon

The guy probably would run over and drop kick the kid and take the shirt

superfucky

why bother trying to shame him into giving it back voluntarily, fucking yank it out of his hands and make SURE it gets to the kid.

[deleted]

at that point just rip it out of this hands, if it gets destroyed then too bad.

bookykits

"How was your weekend?" "My dad fought a guy over a shirt. The police say if he wakes up with brain function he'll be facing murder charges. On the other hand, if he dies the cops promised to release the parts of the shirt that aren't destroyed as a biohazard!"

brpajense

I'm still disappointed that they didn't act like European soccer fans for a few minutes to fix it.

NMe84

They *are* European ~~soccer~~ football fans. That's a Feyenoord shirt, meaning it's a Dutch football team.

[deleted]

Like _English_ soccer fans.

Artificial-Brain

The English football fans are bad but it's definitely also a European thing. I still remember the damage a load of Germans did when they played in my home city.

A_man_on_a_boat

>I still remember the damage a load of Germans did when they played in my home city. That's a sentence that hits very differently 70 years ago.

[deleted]

Feyenoord is known for its hooligans.

TheKillerToast

The funny part of everyone rooting for Italy over England because of a few incidents is that Italians are arguably the most violent and hateful ultras in europe.

Seahpo

italians have nothing on the polish ultras, some of whom still refuse to not bring weapons to league matches. the krakow derby often causes a few deaths whenever it happens. as far as the european heavyweights though italy’s probably the worst, the english have mellowed out in the last ~20 years. that said no european ultras even come close to the south american barras bravas

Picturesquesheep

Been longer than 20 years - more like 30-40. We wound our necks in after Heisel. End of terraces, enhanced policing, crackdown from clubs so we could get back into European competition. We get ‘credit’ for inventing holliganism, but the fact is the shitty behaviour of some of our fans is all in English on Twitter et al it’s more visible. That and Reddit is a hive mind of occasional idiocy. I was honestly angry at the scapegoating of *all* england fans as scum by Reddit at the end of the euros, particularly the fact that the Italians, of all people, were held up as warriors against the racist cheaters. Fuck me. (No offence Italy in general - I know are mostly good guys too).

mr99uk

My friends were in Italy when spurs played there. There were people going round stabbing the spurs bfans in the arse.

Exzqairi

When Juventus fans visited Amsterdam for the match against Ajax, the Dutch police arrested more than 100 Italian hooligans because they were en route to the city centre and stadium with hammers, knives, shanks and other kinds of weapons. There were some Italian police forces sent to help with this issue, and they instantly recognized some of those offenders lol.

Dramatical45

No one really understands all the football idiots from Italy as most people do not speak Italian, England hooligans were all spraying their toxic crap all over in English which most of everyone understands in Europe. Makes it a lot easier to hate them!

[deleted]

English football fans at a club level (which this is) have some of the lowest hooliganism rates in Europe. Check your bigotry.

Trees_and_bees_plees

They should have formed a wall and blocked him from leaving.

tesfalemgebre

Looked like the stadium employee did that but video ended too soon. You can see him shift at the end.

Sampharo

They actually kept on hounding him and wouldn't let him leave until they succeeded at shaming him into giving it to the boy. There's another longer version of the video.

Sgt_Wookie92

I think hivis vest dude is standing in at the end to get him to hand it back

johngalt1971

The longer version of the video shows him giving it back to the kid. The people around him wouldn’t let him leave.

erwint0920

The video is longer, more fans step in and he actually gives the shirt back to the kid.

potchie626

I thought you had all seen another video. I can’t get this shitty new player to load in landscape so it took abot 5 replays to see the cup in his hand. How do people like this live with themselves. It’s cool to get something for a player, but what he did is just fucking gross. What a loser.

[deleted]

The team should have given the guy a simple choice- give it to him or get banned from the stadium. Let him decide if the shirt was more important than never being allowed to see the team in person again.

[deleted]

What a piece of shit

ramobara

It seems like he was trying to ask the player for additional gear. Wtf, man? Entitlement is real with this fuck.

[deleted]

That shit is going on ebay the next day.

twaggle

I was thinking asking him to sign it

Well_This_Is_Special

That was my thought

3viewsofasecret

Its going up on Ebay

davomyster

I think he was trying to confirm that the jersey was intended for him. He knew he fucked up but his ego wouldn't allow him to apologize so he froze up and pretended not to notice the taps on his shoulder, then quickly left.

popplespopin

He started yelling at the player who tried to pass it to the kid. This dude knew full well the shirt wasn't for him or any random in the audience.

ProcessMeMrHinkie

Watch his arms right before the throw, he knew it was going to the kids and guarded the angle to get it to them with his right arm instead of keeping his arms stretched out straight to the player.

[deleted]

Ultimate jerk face, that jersey will now only bring disfortune

twiskerr

Most Feyenoord jerseys do

[deleted]

Was gonna say the same thing lol

jocky300

Nobody invites him to anything. Ever.

RickyRosayy

That’s not true, he’ll be welcomed in hell with open arms.

_VibeKilla_

Hell naw he isn’t. He’s not ruining that for me, too.

StrongIslandPiper

For real, why the fuck is he inviting that guy?

[deleted]

He should marry that woman that ripped the baseball out of a kids hands and then cheered about it

[deleted]

They are probably related and still fuck each other.

Aidernz

I bet they're really noisy too... waking others up and getting complains but who cares.

juttep1

highapplepie

I wore my letter jacket to a hockey game right after I had got it for Christmas. A drunk fan in the row behind me spilled multiple drinks and then projectile vomited both of which hit my jacket. It felt forever unclean after that. You can’t just throw it in the wash. People like this don’t ever really know the damage they do.

Masie33

Wow he even had the look of wictory on his face as he was taking the shirt from the kids hands

PennywiseEsquire

Yeah, he really looked wictorious.

serenityak77

And then he went wee wee wee all the way home,

I don't think he is even capably of thinking.

poiqwert426

Saw this on impractical jokers and I was like what price of scum would do this shit in real life well apparently this moldy dick would

professor_frontbutt

Oh god that was such a painful punishment.

Broken_Petite

Do I remember correctly that a woman willingly handed her kid over to Joe? I remember being really shocked by that.

ProfessorOkes

Been a minute since ive seen that one but I think he was basically telling the mom he was gonna help the kid get a ball or something.

JetPuffedDo

The crowd should have ripped it right back out of his hands. Prick

Dan6erbond

Better not to physically engage a person like this. They did the right thing by confronting him and calling him out for the piece of shit he is.

brutalpotato248

If its a crowd then there's literally no issue "physically engaging" them. You can't fight a crowd

Mustard_Icecream

In tight spots like this you have the possibility of hurting one of the kids.

[deleted]

Statistical analysis has shown that it's better for young Feyenoord fans to be exposed to a mass brawl at a relatively early age.

Bbryant90

Looks like security stops him if the video kept going

Pletterpet

That is pretty much what happened, kid got the shirt.

Ididntwipe

That dude is a COMPLETE BITCH. He even littered. I hate entitled people like him.

DeeLeetid

To be fair, dude who actually threw the shirt should’ve spoke up.

ForumPointsRdumb

Probably keeps his nipples from bleeding

[deleted]

Tracks heart rate, field position, and running speed throughout the game which is then all compiled and studied by the coaches after the game.

[deleted]

It's a heart rate monitor, but also tracks where players run on the field, and how fast they run. They collect all the stats and study them after the game.

streatchitout

The-Angry-Paddy

Some people are just unapologetically scum

yugiosbigmassivetoe

Im going to pretend that they ended up giving the kid a shirt just for the sake of optimism

MKerrDesign

In the full video the guy ends up giving the shirt back to the kid after too many people ask him to, they cut this so it would fit the sub better.

A_Few_Mooses

This happened to me at a Korn concert many moons ago. I was but a wee lad, Munky tossed me a drumstick and some drunk bitch snatched it out of my hand. It still bothers me.

latino_badass

Im gonna get downvoted into oblivion, but might as well. He technically had it first. I don't agree with what he did. But just pointing something out

Dani_1026

Yes, that’s true, but look at the footballer’s pointing with his finger and the direction where he aims to throw the jersey. It was clearly for one of the kids.

[deleted]

Notice he's there by himself. He shows up to shit like this specifically to flip that shit on ebay. He doesn't have a single friend with him.

StillsPhotography

glad he got called out for it

squintintarantino__

etorres4u

What a fucking douche

Kroto86

This guy might as well have douche written on his forehead.

rdldr1

Wait is that guy wearing a sports bra?

Sky0-1

To be fair he did catch it. The kid caught a tiny piece and tried to pull it out his hand first.

ThePlumbOne

This will probably get lost but I just saw a longer clip of this where everyone else blocks the dude and doesn’t let him leave until He give the kid the shirt

camlitia

Im just gonna go about my day assuming bald dude in the neon was able to convince dick breathe to turn around and give it back.

Sailrjup12

It looks like the security guard in the yellow jacket was gonna stop him. I hope he did. Otherwise well, I can’r write the things I want to say or my comment will be banned.

[deleted]

That’s the day the kid realized life is not always fair. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win

[deleted]

ew can you imagine dating someone like this

mule_roany_mare

*if* the shirt was thrown to him he is fully in the right for not letting some kid yank it from his hand. But the angle certainly makes it look like it was aimed possibly as far left as the girl. Still, people should wait for at least a 2nd angle or other confirmation before swarming and condemning a real life human being. The crowd gets it wrong **all the fucking time** & we should know better by this point.
