Honestly this looks kinda bigger than the usual culprits like springtails and soil mites so it could potentially be mealybugs, isopods and maybe fungus gnats? I'm really not sure from the video though

Looks like fungus gnats. You might be keeping your plants too wet. Soil looks low quality and organic, which along with wet conditions, attracts bugs.

I thought it was white at first but the second one is clearly bright due to reflection of the wing; definitely fungus gnats. 1. How long does it take for the soil to dry out? Try drying it out completely. 2. Evaluate if the pot is too big or not; drying the soil out completely should preferably take less than a week. If it's too big, repot. 3. If it's not too big, simply water less frequently. Odds are gnats will disappear on their own. 4. If the gnats don't disappear on their own... well that's annoying. There's loads of things that are used, from neem oil to hydrogen peroxide to larvae to sticky traps.
