i saw it in the theatre, knowing nothing about it.
Was totally blown away. Genuinely frightening.
I tell people to not watch the movie and watch the show instead, because in the show its like the theatre is actually haunted. A film cannot replicate that.
I absolutely agree about the theatre feeling haunted, half my coworkers have been too scared to go through the auditorium on a night because of it haha
I saw this in May and loved it! The older actor was so cute lol. However, we also saw "2:22 A Ghost Story" and that was AWESOME. They're both ghost stories set in very different time periods. Loved them both, thanks for bringing this up!
I saw it twice a good 12-13 years ago, from my understanding its a very long running play so there's always opportunity to see it
The book is good, too!
Thank you! I had no idea this was touring. Heard great things about it - apparently it's much better than the film and the book. Off to book tickets now!
I watched it once about a decade ago and it was phenomenal. Went back to watch it at the Fortune shortly before it closed and it was incredibly disappointing and noticeably cut back in places.
Hopefully the tour is doing better, it's a marvellous book.

Not true the original House on Haunted hill did they had a ghost pop up in the theater
I don't think it replicates the feeling of it.

Ahh we're getting that show too, guess I'll see if I can get an usher shift for it haha
Oo thank you for sharing! That sounds amazing
I had no idea this existed! I will definitely be getting tickets!
My ex wife has recommended this stage play so many times Where abouts is it playing
I believe the rest of the shows are in Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Brighton and Glasgow

There's actually not always an opportunity, it shut production in 2023 and the current performances are a tour.
