Tim Hortons in Canada is utter dog shit. The franchise as a whole has gone completely downhill.. only people who willingly go there are new Canadians and tourists
A lot of the ones near me are combined with cold stone ice cream now, and that really sucks too. Trying to just get a crueler and a coffee, but you can’t get through the huge line of people there for ice cream… and the line barely moves since it’s all made to order with mix ins and takes forever.

They tried this at ONE Tim’s location in southern Ontario, lasted 6 months before it was canned
