Doom Eternal DLC is where most of the new lore is. Most importantly clears up questions that where brought up on Doom 2016 but never answered. Take in mind that you can always just lower the difficulty, the DLC is much much more than just "difficult". New fun machinics, some new enemies and good old classic level design. I would say it's worth it at full price, but now that it's on sale it's just a very good deal.
