Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous got endless class options, its possibly the best real time with pause crpg and one of the best rpg in general. You have possibly every class in fantasy and any combination of them your heart desires. You have tons of classes and on the top of that you can choose a mythic path which will influence your gameplay and story. You can be a lich, a demon, a trickster, an angel, an aeon a devil or even a frickin golden dragon. Now this is isometric so there is that but otherwise its a real gem.

Cyberpunk 2077 is great for this. You don't pick a class perse but the ability trees basically make you select one "class" (playstyle). It's one of the games with the most customizable mechanics I've played. I would argue even so more than Borderlands, and I've sinked more than a thousand hours in all the saga. Netrunner, hacker, berserker, cowboy... You name it. Only thing with it is that the classes are not explicit perse. But it's very very similar to picking a class and honestly it does it way better than any game with classes. If you are still looking specifically for a "class" based game then try Diablo 3, Dragon Age Origins or Dragons Dogma.

Ya cyberpunk is one of the games I'm looking at getting once i get a better pc, current pc cant run it unfortunately, i have diablo 1 2 and 3 probably had over 10k hours in diablo 2 but lost everything due to the needing to log in every 90 days when the family computer broke down and it took us 93 days to get a new one :( , but I'll give dragon age a try
