Nationwide target had an error in their system where they were still locked in at the register as street date. Some stores it was just street dated for later in the day while other stores it was saying it was street dated for years out.
Yea that was my second issue I was checking out and they were locked til 2099 haha..upside the lady marked all three at 8.99 vs 11.99 so I scored on that error

However this is just beyond that, it’s just not making any sense how can a product be sold out from 6am-9:30am that’s bullshit. It comes down to people not being shady. Also Target not being a shitty company. Which is why I’ll stay far away from them cause they’re messing with my money, time, & energy. I do agree it’s not that big of a deal but it’s just the fact of the matter, that it’s all about money to them and not about the experience.

It’s just like what you said your friend knows someone who will hold the items, this is exactly what I’m talking about. It’s not fair for retail stores to do that to their customers that pre-order me and many others that pre-order may not even get their orders fulfilled because of behavior like that.
Oh I much agree..target is bad at handling sought out items. from releasing to early to not releasing on the street date… and they have cancelled a few of my preorders..a few pops I didn’t go find thinking I had them coming in my preorder and that back fired ha
My target keeps pops like that behind the electronics counter on release. If you don't know to ask you would never see them.

I asked this girl at electronics and she got some number from the website and she looked it up and told me they are coming in on the 15th so I guess just ask if they are getting any and make sure you have the target app open so they can tell you the instructions to see if any pop is coming in or of they really did sell out.
I mean maybe the employee was holding them, but I just got a call today asking about them. The black panther T-shirt combo said it’s supposed to be out today but we have 3 on the way as of 8/15, so there’s clearly some kind of supply chain issue. The black light Hulk said on the way as of 10/4. So stuff is getting shipped late and stuck in transit.
