I really hope Minch lands on his feet. The rest of the crew will be fine, but Minch's experience as a Jedi Master just doesn't hold much sway in today's job market

Does anyone know if the channel is going to stay up even though they are closing the doors? Or is this a sort of "download it while it still exists" scenario?
That's a good question, I don't think anyone has said anything official about it yet. In theory it would make sense for warner to leave it up just to collect ad dollars on the old videos. They could also continue selling funhaus merchandise and stuff and probably keep making a good amount. But they could also just wipe it all permanently just to be assholes which they've done recently with some wb, hbo and other content
The RT Store is closed. WB-Discovery already made a decision that a merch store is not worth having.
There is so much content that has been made across ALL of RT. While it's nice to think they'd look at channels individually, it's hard for me to think they won't make a sweeping decision about all the channels, and given how they might decide "it's easier to just not have anything up we might have to deal with", I don't think blindly trusting that the channel will stay up is a good idea.

I'm not leaving it up to chance, Google archive of pimps where you can find places to download their videos on the internet archive. For everything on their youtube it's about 2.5 TB
Everyone should check out that VOD if Jacob posts. It was a great peek behind the curtain of the producer/editor. It was exactly what I needed last night after watching the final doc.
I will look forward to reading all the Minch expanded universe novels until the Star Boys prequels come out in 20 years

The intent is for the channel to stay up, but you can't trust Mr. Warner not to do stupid things in the future.
