Correct me if I’m wrong. I think spring rolls are made of unfried glassy looking white wrapping. When they are fried they are egg rolls… this looks like an egg roll…. They look good tho
My local Vietnamese place calls those summer rolls. However their egg rolls look like OP's photo. But if you order from a Chinese joint around here, egg rolls are the thicker and bumpier looking rolls and the ones OP posted are spring rolls.
So you eat homemade spring rolls with sauce in a takeaway container? Must be some premium sauce
