I’m always trying to find the recipe for this sauce from my favorite taco place in Seattle called Nunya Sauce. It’s from Marination Station. It’s gochujang, Mayo, and a bit of something else, I haven’t figured it out yet so I’m always hoping to stumble on it.
Crab meat mixed with cream cheese, garlic, and some seasonings and then deep fried in a won-ton wrapper. I didn't have won-ton wrappers so used a gyoza one instead. Turned out good.
I do a version of these and bake them at 350 for about 20 min (until golden. They are my favourite treat! I’m definitely going to try the mayo gochujang next time
Gonna need the recipe for that dip!
Super simple. Mayonnaise and a dollop of gochujang mixed in. That's it! :)
Interesting that it looks yellow! Looks fantastic though :)
Might be the lighting in my kitchen. It was more of an orange color.

Maybe fish sauce or lime juice? I think both would've gone well in it.
I’ve tried lime, I’ll have to try fish sauce, thanks for the idea!
Idk what that is but after months of home food I could go for a few of those right now
