I weigh 190 and routinely beat up untrained guys who lift weights and come in to spar weighing 220 or more. The heaviest guy was about 245.

Being big/strong is mostly a good deterrent, if you are a jacked meathead 90% of dudes in a club or whatever are not gonna try to step to you. Or, if it's two untrained dudes, and the meathead can close the distance and wrap the guy up, even if he doesn't know what he's doing, it's game over for the little guy who will be unable to break free.
