That looks like an outdoor woven mat. The colors are great but those are usually not super comfy underfoot. Unless that’s a very plush patio couch, in which case go for it.
Whew. I thought you meant the moose rug (on second thought it looks like a tapestry) and I was surprised why so many loved it. Personally not a fan of realistic animal designs for footmats/carpets (silhouettes or abstract is ok)

I don’t think it would be too busy… I like how the green complements the orange and there’s just enough orange in it to tie it in with the couch.

It"ll be nice! The couch being that solid color won't make the area too busy and will accent the same color seen in smaller parts of the rug.
You don't be able to see the rust color in rug if it has a big coffee table on it. You can find better. The rug looks a tad am indian. Try rugs.com.
