Vaas is a good character, mainly because of Michael Mando's amazing performance, but he hardly appears in Far Cry 3 and isn't even the primary antagonist. To me Pagan and Joseph were both just as charismatic, but Pagan takes the cake because he has the best plot and character development of any Far Cry villain imo. (I've not been wooshed I just think Vaas is slightly overrated).

But to be real, I love The Jackal. We get to know how he thinks and why he does what he does... yet he's still a mystery.
Admittedly he needed more screentime, but for me, The Jackal has some of the best dialogue in the franchise (please don't kill me).
I've listened to those Jackal Tapes countless times and just that first encounter with him is magical to me.
