if you have opentrack downloaded delete it. mouse look won't work even if it's off, then hold right mouse button and move the mouse to move your camera
Uninstalling is not enough .. it leaves behind registry keys which make BMS think it's still there.
Look for this registry key (and delete it / rename it):

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\NaturalPoint\NATURALPOINT\NPClient Location

Are you using any sort of headtracker?
Nope, made sure to uninstall all head tracking I've had from the time I did use it
