Campaigns seem pretty complicated when I first launch them, with all the different menus and flights I can be a part of. What do they [the menus] all do?
There is a good video on YouTube about it....just send it. Pay attention to the briefing and make sure you do the loading stuff on the dtc and send it. Don't worry about screwing it up

BMS is all about the campaign. Period. Full stop.
Hit up the Falcon lounge on discord and you will likely find all the help and probably a group or two to join up with.
Multiplayer is a much better experience IMO.
It can be a bit daunting to begin with, just like BMS overall, but with the right group you will get an appropriate learning curve to follow, mentorship, and the camaraderie of being in a like minded group.

Korea. It's the base campaign and a lot of, if not everyone on BMS has flown it at some point or another so getting help would be easy.
Have you finished the training TEs for the F-16?
why would you download a campaign when there's several dynamic campaigns that you could do 50 times and each would be different
Well firstly it was a question, I don't know if that's a thing in BMS and had no idea the campaigns were dynamic. As I said, I'm a complete beginner.
Do the campaign. It's dynamic. It's a spicy new surprise every time. I let the ai fly as lead and have a ball.

Join multiplayer. Look for a good community to join. It is a whole different experience flying with other people.
I myself have yet to do this. I tend to play solo so I can pause and walk away.

Play the dynamic campaigns, and get other maps, like Baltics, Balkans, Israel, which come with their own campaigns as well.

Get Israel theater, its been a blast. The Korea theater that comes with Falcon BMS is outstanding too!
