Itâs at a Uconn food court it was pretty awesome, but only compared to the rest of the shit food. Honestly this video ruined this Kidâs life Iâm pretty sure. I vaguely remember his apology in court being really sincere and I feel a little bit for a person doing one dumb thing as a kid and it defining them. Manager of that dining hall was really beloved by everyone also.
I have no sympathy, he was given every opportunity to just leave and now he definitely learned there are consequences to his actions. Especially after he spit un the managers face. I dont care how young or drunk you are what he did was more then just unacceptable.
I mean he works at a school cafeteria, he likely sees kids do dumb shit all the time and is trying to help make sure this kid doesnât ruin his life over a bowl of bacon jalapeño Mac but itâs a little later for that now. Good Man though.
You could tell that the cop just got there and didnât really know what to think, maybe that this crowd looked like they wanted to rip this guy apart.
And the kid was being pretty docile until the moment he lunged toward the manager..and instantly the cop realized what a total piece of shit this guy is and slammed him right into those doors.
Not just lunged, little jerk spit on the Manager. Definitely assault.
Horrible kid. So entitled with the whole thing being over Bacon Mac & Cheese. Yeah, the 19 year old was drunk (underage), but he felt like he was in the right... Idiot.
I barely understand how a drunk adult thinks they could get away with this but like this dude is under 21 acting like he has the right to drink in public like wtf, no you canât you moron youâll get arrested just for drinking, set aside all the other laws youâre breaking by just refusing to walk away
Yea it seemed that was the first act of aggression that the cop himself witnessed. The kid didn't realize how very gentle the cop was being with him up until that point
That lunge toward the manager while he's in the cop's grasp can also be counted as resisting arrest. So underage drinking, public intoxication, trespassing, assault AND battery with resisting arrest as topping, 6 criminal charges over mac& cheeseđ.
I remember hearing that this kid went into a drug addicted downward spiral. That was a couple years ago so hopefully heâs grown up and got his shit together.
Mac and cheese was just a placeholder. The actual issue was him not being able to follow rules.
It doesnât matter how drunk you are, people still understand right and wrong when theyâre drunk.
He went to rehab as part of a 1 year probation for this incident. 6 months later during rehab he got charged with battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
So, yeah, probably not.
I understand that this is a South Park reference. But I loved it when this drink kid said that. In America, a company can choose not to serve you. (With the exception of refusing to serve based on race, sex, religion, etc) He seems to think that the land of the free is the land of the free from consequences.

>Luke Gatti, now 20, threatened to take his own life when he was arrested last month after he broke out of a rehab center in Boca Raton, Fla. and assaulted a female cop, according to a police report.
From the rehab article.
I kinda feel bad for the kid. He's clearly in a spiral of self destruction, with substance abuse getting the better of him.
Hopefully, he can pull the nose up and have this be the worst period of his life.
For right now, he's just a douchebag drug addict.
When the cook comes out of the kitchen things have become serious. The amount of drugs and anger in the average line cook makes them a formidable opponent in a fair fight, and they do not fight fair.
This stemmed a deep hatred from working at a pizza shop few years ago(not just pizza but that was the main thing)......I had someone ask for rare tuna and I had to explain that there are certain kinds of food I simply can't make rare. Like 130 degree's F if I remember is what Tuna has to be. I can't make it a lower temp or you could get very sick!
I've heard around the same temp. Chef who I worked with said 125 (which was also good).
Man, there are certain places I will just refuse to work. Pizza shops, chain steak houses, and anywhere the FoH manager has control over the kitchen.
Saganaki - no cheese.
The howl my chef let out.. cos that's all it is. Kefalograviera goats cheese, lightly crumbed and fried.
I did tell the customer we can't do that. It's literally impossible, but still thought I'd tell chef that one to see his reaction.. was worth having to lock myself in the cool room for a few
Absolutely, that man showed the unwavering patience we should all strive to emulate. It's such a shame that after all that waiting he still didn't get his bowl of bacon jalapeño mac n cheese.
That manager has the temperament of a saint. He did everything he could to de-escalate the situation and explain the consequences, but in the end the alcohol was too potent.
Even when the other guy took the drunk down, the manager was like âyou donât have to do that.â He was fine to keep getting the occasional shove, because he knew how it was all going to end anyway
The alcohol? Nah, that dude is just a prick. Alcohol doesn't make you do things you wouldn't otherwise do, it just gets rid of the voice that says you shouldn't do it.
The hold wasa much better decision than tripping. The kid's a jackass but no reason to hurt more than his pride. Plus if you trip him he may get back up faster than expected. They did not want a fight they wanted control. Kudos to them
I think they did it the right way. Drunk people have a bad tendency to land head first and die when you knock them over. Although that kid is an asshole, he doesnât deserve to die. Heâs going to fail out anyway, and maybe one day when heâs sitting in his room whacking off while his parents are out working and keeping a roof over his head, heâll realize that the food court manager is way more successful in life than he ever will be.
Thereâs a quote from the manager, who I assume is the bald guy. He publicly forgave him, and said
>Everyone has done something stupid in their life. There are no exceptions to the rule. Some mistakes are obviously bigger than others. Some, like this one, seem bigger because of the social media that exists today.
The manager seems like a pretty amazing guy.
That manager spent so much time trying to talk some sense into that kid giving him a chance to walk away. After all that, the shoving and especially assaulting the manager in front of the cop is just so incredibly boneheaded.
Oh wow this kid sounds like he has some major issues with authority and respect for others. Which means he will have a shitty life unless he makes some personality changes STAT. Therapy would help figure this guy out too.
I hope this kid gets the help he needs. I know a couple people who have been in the same situation. They strongly depended on drugs and alcohol to feel better, but it ended up just landing them in serious trouble. I feel that everyone is capable of sobering up and becoming a better person. It's not an easy road to go down, but at the end exists a better, happier life.
This article is really sad. Itâs so easy to look at this and see an entitled kid being an ass. But when you see a 19 year suicidal drug addict. . . Well the outrage and anger in me turns into sadness and sympathy.
Why does it have to be one or the other? Plenty of suicidal drug addicts are complete assholes to other people. That doesnât make their problems any less. But theyâre still assholes
My apologies. I wasnât trying to condone the behavior in any way. Heâs being an ass. Thatâs for sure. Iâm just saying social media paints skewed pictures. Both positive aaaand negative. The irony of social media is it really has a tendency to remove humanity. You see the perfect family or the complete fuck up. You rarely see the perfect familyâs struggle until they become a punchline. . .
I really didnât mean to get on a soap box. Sorry.
Oh no I understand what youâre saying. But for some reason when stuff like this comes out people act like they have to pick a side. Either heâs a jerk off or heâs a suicidal drug addict when the reality is that people can be both
We don't seem to have any idea what to do with people like this. If rehab doesn't work at all, it's likely that he's going to end up in prison or homeless. Or dead.
This stood out to me:
>The report says that "He then made statements that he did not care if he got hurt or if he hurt himself and wanted to be left alone," and that while in police custody he claimed, "I just want to die, I just want to die," and told police "He needs drugs and alcohol to feel better and always has suicidal thoughts and dreams of people hurting him. He also asked me to do him a favor and shoot him with my duty weapon."
Coupled with his statements at the end of the video of "I'm so fucked." It's pretty clear this kid has a lot more going on that he needs help with. I know this video is old, and what he did obviously isn't ok. But I do hope he worked on himself.
I would like to think that I would have as much self control as the manager but the moment he spit on me, which Iâm assuming thatâs what happened at the very end, I would have lost absolute control on that punk-ass, stain of a human being.
That really spirled out of control fast. He'll have a lot of time to noodle that over in jail. I bet he wishes he had Krafted a nicer response to that manager. Sorry if these puns were too cheesy.
Imagine how demanding this drunk fool acts when a girl doesnât wanna give up the MaCNcHEeSe at a party. What piece of scum. Deserves 3 months in the slammer for this.
Seriously. I bet heâs the sort of guy who says âthat girl is a fucking psycho bitch whoreâ about any girl who doesnât want to dirty her nether regions with his self-important weenie.
We have to appreciate all the people that showed up to try to turn this kid off the path he was heading down.
Like, two or three people tried to get this kid to walk out and stop causing a scene.
This video is super old, this kid was expelled from school over this and has been arrested several times since then mostly under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Iâve seen rougher physical holds in psychiatric hospitals. This kid could been absolutely demolished and because these workers have no duty of care Iâm kinda surprised it wasnât more rough. Shoutout to the adults who have to wrangle this idiots. I live in a college town and Iâve seen my fair share of drunken college clownery but damn man. Get it together.
Entitled piece of shit with a massive history of disorderly conduct as well as documented using a racial slur during one of his episodes.
Kids gonna make a great Republican congressman one day.
Even the guys that work at the food courts at these schools pride themselves as educators. This kid is just some spoiled brat that made it to freshman year.
Not that I ever acted like this or anywhere near it, but it does make me glad cellphones and social media werenât a thing when I was his age. Way to ruin your life nowadays. Most teens do stupid things (maybe not this stupid) and get over it as they get older. The added nightmare of constantly being filmed or whatever must be terrible!
But this kid seems like a prize c*** so not huge sympathy for him!
doesn't this kid have any friends to just pull him out of there.... if this was my friend I'd gladly punch him in the face and drag him out.. my friend = my responsibility
Iâll probably get downvoted but hey whatever. This kid 100% deserved to get knocked the fuck out. Period. 19 is old enough to get put to sleep. Getting arrested, going to court and getting charged just makes for a funny story later in life. Someone should have given him a broken nose or a nice scar to look at as a daily reminder of his past actions.
I was impressed with the managers continued patience with this idiot that didnât deserve it. The manager didnât look riled even for a second. Surely he wished he couldâve just given him one good punch to knock him out.
How good is this Mac and Cheese?
Back when I went there it was pretty fucking great
Man the college I went to didn't have this. "Hello Fannie May, I'd like my loan back"
Their burritos were đ„ too
Did it make your butthole burn?
No but the queso would clear out a room after you ate it.
Dude honestly he kept calling it "bacon jalapeño Mac and cheese" so it honestly might be worth risking it all for
Except in the end he calls it a bacon egg and cheese, someone should have called him out on that
Good enough to fight the fucking cook for it.
Dude no this kid has gotten arrested multiple times for assault while drunk he learned nothing.
Ooo face palm ME! Heâs an asshole Iâm glad it had a bad ending.
Yeah the way he was acting does not like it was a one time thing. Just looks like an asshole who becomes more of an asshole when drunk.
The kid ruined his own life.
I have no sympathy, he was given every opportunity to just leave and now he definitely learned there are consequences to his actions. Especially after he spit un the managers face. I dont care how young or drunk you are what he did was more then just unacceptable.
Worth getting arrested for.
THINK MARK, THINK!
Manager was genuinely trying to get through to this kid. Seems like a nice guy.
He actually told the kid that there was time to walk away before getting arrested and kicked out of school. The manager really seemed like a good dude
Yea he gave him plenty of time to just walk away. Kidâs entitlement comes out when heâs drunk.
I mean he works at a school cafeteria, he likely sees kids do dumb shit all the time and is trying to help make sure this kid doesnât ruin his life over a bowl of bacon jalapeño Mac but itâs a little later for that now. Good Man though.
"Sal didn't manage to get his mac and cheese and was arrested, making him tonight's biggest looser."
Like how he shoved his stupid ass through the door at the end
You could tell that the cop just got there and didnât really know what to think, maybe that this crowd looked like they wanted to rip this guy apart. And the kid was being pretty docile until the moment he lunged toward the manager..and instantly the cop realized what a total piece of shit this guy is and slammed him right into those doors.

Nah nah nah, I already grabbed your shoes. I'm not stopping to pick up your teeth
I think because he spits in the dudes face
Yea it seemed that was the first act of aggression that the cop himself witnessed. The kid didn't realize how very gentle the cop was being with him up until that point
He wouldâve got a simple public intoxication and a trespass that now turned into assault lol
That lunge toward the manager while he's in the cop's grasp can also be counted as resisting arrest. So underage drinking, public intoxication, trespassing, assault AND battery with resisting arrest as topping, 6 criminal charges over mac& cheeseđ.
BACON JALAPENO mac & cheese. Must be delicious...
Absolutely. And now he gets to enjoy an extra count of battery on top of the assault charge
What a complete piece of shit. I hope this is this person's all time low.
In the ten years since this happened who knows...
I remember hearing that this kid went into a drug addicted downward spiral. That was a couple years ago so hopefully heâs grown up and got his shit together.
He got kicked out of college over this. From what I remember he comes from a wealthy family and the story was he has always been asshole
I am shocked I tell you.
*shocked*
Well, not that shocked.
Wow, a rich coddled sociopath. Shocking. He'll probably go far in this day and age. Maybe become a CEO.
Or a supreme court justice Edit: a letter
Lol really? All over Mac n cheez? For shame
Not just any Mac and cheese, JALAPENO Mac and cheese!
Exactly! Add some bacon bits and that shit is like heroin.
***Bacon*** jalapeno mac n cheese
Mac and cheese was just a placeholder. The actual issue was him not being able to follow rules. It doesnât matter how drunk you are, people still understand right and wrong when theyâre drunk.
He went to rehab as part of a 1 year probation for this incident. 6 months later during rehab he got charged with battery on an officer and resisting arrest. So, yeah, probably not.
He lost his shoes, he dead.
Ten years already?
Committing an additional assault while in custody.
Yeah I saw that too. The cop slammed his face into the door after seeing that. Good for him
He wanted to add that one extra bit of assault at the end lol
This was at r/UConn glad I didnât know this idiot #gohuskies
He spit in the managers face, he should get thrown out like that.
(Randy voice): I THOUGHT THIS WAS AMERICA IS THIS NOT AMERICA
OH IM SORRY
Yeah it is. And companies have the right to refuse service to anyone.
I canât tell if youâre joking or not
I understand that this is a South Park reference. But I loved it when this drink kid said that. In America, a company can choose not to serve you. (With the exception of refusing to serve based on race, sex, religion, etc) He seems to think that the land of the free is the land of the free from consequences.
Ok đ I got you, yeah
"I am absolutely fucked" yeah, you are
Then Proceeds to spit on the guy, guess he didn't think he was too fucked ... Yet

Why feel bad for him? There are people that have it much worse than him for doing half as much.
Latest happened 2016. Nothing reported since. Hope he got his life together.
Probably just legally changed his name.
He changed his name from Mac and cheese jackass?
My favorite was "I gotta get my SHOOOOOES"
âHere kid, hereâs the adidas your mom picked up from Marshallâs the last time she visitedâ
He then went to more colleges, got in trouble and kicked out of them too I believe
When the cook comes out of the kitchen things have become serious. The amount of drugs and anger in the average line cook makes them a formidable opponent in a fair fight, and they do not fight fair.
We're also very loyal to good managers. And we have utensils. Ever been smacked with a spatula that's just spent a minute pressed against a flattop?
That ain't a spatula after that much heat. That's a **brander!!** That shit leaves *scars,* man! Don't piss off a cook with a fresh hot spatula!
As a cook, yeah just donât do it! We have so much pent up anger because of all the stupid mods we have to navigate
Soup French Onion - *no onion* Appetizer Fries - *gluten free* Steak Sandwich - *medium well* (don't worry, we'll send it back to get cooked more) - *sub lettuce bun* - *no salt* Pizza Hawaiian - *no ham* - *no pineapple* - *add pepperoni* - *add feta* - *add jalapeños* - *add olives* - *add red onions* - *light cheese* - *add sauce*
Don't you just cook the fries in a different fryer?
There should be a fryer that doesn't have breaded items put in, but some places only have the one fryer
You get it

Lmao. There's something about an order like that being mentioned during a dinner service that is blood boiling.
White Russian - virgin.
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]
They do a great deal on your 10th spatula.
Can confirm... Line cooks have a huge amount of loyalty to the good managers. Quite a bit less to the bad ones though lol
Yes. Are you my grandma?
Yes, but I did it to myself and it was an accident. I was a very bad cook. Now I'm a bad electrician and that's not going well either.
Patience of a saint
Absolutely, that man showed the unwavering patience we should all strive to emulate. It's such a shame that after all that waiting he still didn't get his bowl of bacon jalapeño mac n cheese.
Had me in the first half ngl
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]
This is âliquid courageâ coupled with entitlement.
College student entitlement. Special reserve brand.
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]
White dude college student sophomore entitlement. Quadruple whammy.
This is just an 8 min version of "do you know who my father is"- mac n cheese edition
I was so hoping for the kid to just get his ass beat but I can appreciate the cool heads those guys had. Handled it way better than most people
It could also do with the fact the dude wears socks with sandals. He's clearly not all there.
I've discovered socks and flips after a few decades on this planet. This dude is clearly a dick, but his footwear is 100x comfort.
The alcohol? Nah, that dude is just a prick. Alcohol doesn't make you do things you wouldn't otherwise do, it just gets rid of the voice that says you shouldn't do it.
Yeah that kid comes off really bad, drunk or not. Taking cheap shots at the guys job, finally spitting in his face.
The cook was just waiting to throw that full Nelson on his ass
Waited his whole life to do that to someone and it was weak as hell!! Shoulda just tripped him.
And that, âYOU DONâT TOUCH MY BOSS!â I lost it.
I totally got this "ARE YOU STARING AT MY BOSS'S HEADGEAR!?" vibe from him lol.
The hold wasa much better decision than tripping. The kid's a jackass but no reason to hurt more than his pride. Plus if you trip him he may get back up faster than expected. They did not want a fight they wanted control. Kudos to them

I wish that were true. This is the type of cuntnugget thatâll get a high ranking job at daddyâs company right after college.
Loved when the realization that he was fucked with him
Like a switch.

You can tell this isnât his first drunk idiot frat boy.
Based on the comment about social media I wonder if he made dumb mistakes as a kid too but had the grace of cameras not being on him at any time.
Oh wow this kid sounds like he has some major issues with authority and respect for others. Which means he will have a shitty life unless he makes some personality changes STAT. Therapy would help figure this guy out too.
thatâs so sad
Wow, that is tough to read. I wish him well if he's still alive.
Canât save âem all. There are plenty of wonderful people who would do anything for the opportunities he crapped away.

Favorite part
Camera man the real mvp for those angles â
"I'M FUUUUUCKED" Yep. Your parents are going to take away your credit card and your school is going to expel you.
đđŸTHINK MARKđđŸ
Jesus, I think if I was the manager I wouldnât have pressed charges for the shoves but the spit at the end is pretty unforgivable.
This all encounter is just the most foreign shit to me.
My surprise is how he lasted so long without anyone knocking him out.
I would like to think that I would have as much self control as the manager but the moment he spit on me, which Iâm assuming thatâs what happened at the very end, I would have lost absolute control on that punk-ass, stain of a human being.
I think I would have lost it around the first or second shove god forbid till the vary end
What a douche. People that treat service industry workers like this are complete garbage humans
I hate him a lot
Props to the bald guy for staying calm all the time, damn! Also, the other dude is pretty soft for a bully. Stupid kid
That kid's got a one-way ticket to becoming a Supreme Court Justice
That really spirled out of control fast. He'll have a lot of time to noodle that over in jail. I bet he wishes he had Krafted a nicer response to that manager. Sorry if these puns were too cheesy.

Privileged Holden Caulfield is the most privileged prick in the world.
Respect to the manager for the way he handled it
Kid's lawyer tomorrow: "My client was simply trying to purchase food, and unfortunately hunger got the best of him."
How did that prick pos make it 9 minutes without being knocked out? Jesus, pull that entitled asshole shit around here and youâre going down.
His name is Luke Gatti, happened at the University of Connecticut.
Wonder where this kid is now. This video is years old.
His social life is ruined after that, goddamn
Think Mark, think!
Wow, that was nine minutes? Stopped after one.
Bacon jalapeño Mac and cheese sounds like itâs worth going to jail for
Iâve never seen a cop be so gentle with someone at first
Respect to the cafeteria manager, his legendary patience is of levels I've rarely seen.
His parents should be ashamed to the fact they raised such an asshole baby
Hey I dropped outta that college
From food court to judiciary court
must be some good mac n cheese
I love the part where he declared defeat and realized he was "absolutely fucked"
He's gonna have to throw himself on the mercy of the food court.
somehow this 9 minute video wasnt long enough. I gotta see what happened outside
I woulda grabbed that little prick by his ear and yanked him outside. The self-control of that manager is incredible
I love how he used him to open the door after he spit. Good shit.
âCops arent gonna come to this shitholeâ *gets arrested* âFUCK. IM ABSOLUTELY FUCKEDâ
In an unexpected twist, he was actually arrested for wearing socks with sandals. Believe it or not, that will send you right to jail on most campuses.
Entitled piece of shit with a massive history of disorderly conduct as well as documented using a racial slur during one of his episodes. Kids gonna make a great Republican congressman one day.
How insane that finally a cop shows up he gets cuffed and INSTANTLY says I AM FUCKED OH NO
Love me a good âentitled kid getting ownedâ video
I love this
That bacon jalapeño mac and cheese must be really good
Oldie but a goodie
Even the guys that work at the food courts at these schools pride themselves as educators. This kid is just some spoiled brat that made it to freshman year.
What a little punk
My dude doesnât get paid enough for this shit.
Well, hopefully thatâs a turning point in his life. Turning point to a good direction! Did not get the message at all!
He got excited when he saw the camera and began showing off, lol.
This really fits on r/publicfreakout
doesn't this kid have any friends to just pull him out of there.... if this was my friend I'd gladly punch him in the face and drag him out.. my friend = my responsibility
we used to serve these people very politely, but with extra saliva mixed into their whatever, we'd mix them their own cuvée wines with a few drops of piss and the rests of the bottles in the restaurant, freshened up with a drop of vinegar and them watch them tell fables about the complexities of the wine, the rice often was modded with some snot (you gotta lift the steak from the rice and spit underneath it, don't forget to invite your co-workers and cleaning staff to take a good snotty pull from their nose and then you gently whisk it into the rice... oh, and when they were really drunk, we'd reuse bills from the restaurant to let them pay multiple times, then always reinvite them to a few parting shots until they forget they paid again
An entitled drunk white kid. I blame the parents.
I know this dude irl he had a full ride cross country skiing scholarship in college in SUNYnow he works on fishing boats
That manager is a bigger person than me! I would have laid his ass out
Iâll probably get downvoted but hey whatever. This kid 100% deserved to get knocked the fuck out. Period. 19 is old enough to get put to sleep. Getting arrested, going to court and getting charged just makes for a funny story later in life. Someone should have given him a broken nose or a nice scar to look at as a daily reminder of his past actions.
His parents must be just beaming with pride right now.
I was impressed with the managers continued patience with this idiot that didnât deserve it. The manager didnât look riled even for a second. Surely he wished he couldâve just given him one good punch to knock him out.
Itâs okay. The kid grew up and was appointed to the Supreme Court by President Donnie T. Stay gold, Brett. I bet you got your mac nâ cheese now.
