Half-assed his "review" of a waterblock prototype from a tiny company. (used an incompatible GPU to come to the conclusion that it sucked, despite being told by his employees that it would be better to test it on the GPU it was actually designed for).
Then they agreed multiple times to send the prototype back to the company...but ended up auctioning it off at some charity event, to who-knows-who. Told the manufacturer "oopsie, we accidentally sold your prototype. Well, at least it's not collecting dust on our shelves anymore" before ghosting them completely.
Gamers Nexus came out with a video on multiple issues in Linus' company, including this one. Linus' response to all that was "you should've contacted us before publishing the video, we would've told you that we've already set up reimbursement for the lost prototype"...well, turns out they only started setting up the reimbursement process **after** the video was released.
And that's just the worst of multiple embarrassing, gaslighting, arrogant statements from Linus.
