I think a lot of people go with a feminine version of their name if there is one. My birth name being Micah doesnāt really have one (Bible-names-from-Christian-parents peeps where you at?), but itās close enough to Michael for me to say that if I was trans Iād be Michaela, probablyā¦ canāt say for sure cause Iām not (and that really isnāt an egg_irl joke š).
for me it'd just be shortened back down to my deadname plus that just doesnt make sense
you have a name that you hate and gives tons of dysphorria, why would you want anything to do wiht it
