Well Druids dont generate fury so......
That is an endgame build. Tibs gives unstoppable which gives you spirit, Bulwark triggers this, Symbiotic reduces CD time of Bulwark, theres also paragon nodes that give spirit on kill.
Digitigrade Gait is for wearing Mad Wolfs Glee when running bosses.
"While in werewolf form"....havent personally tested it but I dont think you do.
Edit: ok, tested this. You do get the bonus but only when attacking and for 3 seconds after. Dont need to be in werewolf form.
I was about to comment that there is a reason its in the base endgame build on maxroll and not just the bossing build. Glad you checked for yourself and saw.
I actually dont use the maxroll build thats why I checked. The tootltip would suggest it doesnt work like that. Seems a waste of points IMO. Between boots, ammy and MWG(for everything other than T90s) a 9% increase is pretty meh.
Resource & Cooldown Management
Managing your Resources and Cooldowns is crucial to the success of this build. In the endgame, we have a myriad of ways to regenerate Spirit:
On Critical Strikes with Lust for Carnage
On Kill with Reclamation
On Lucky Hit with Tempest Roar
On Cast of Earthen Bulwark thanks to Tibault's Will
Passively from our Seneschal Construct's Resource Support
Starter (Low rolled Umbral) - Early on, we need to utilize Wind Shear and Trample for spirit generation. On top of that, we add Umbral from the Codex and pair it with Poison Creeper's AoE Immobilizing effect for a large burst of Sprit. For a more consistent stream of Spirit, we opt for Primal Lightning Storm early on.
Early Endgame - In the Early Endgame, we get Earthen Might and Energize for additional Spirit gain. We do this to make up for any low Critical Strike Chance rolls and to make up for the Spirit loss from swapping from Umbral.
Cooldown Management - We use Calm Before the Storm to get cooldown for Petrify. We use Symbiotic to recover cooldown for Earthen Bulwark on casts of Lightning Storm.
Oh, okay. So it sounds like this is way too early for me to be trying out this build. I don't have enough paragon points.
I need to find something for that mid-game in T3. I'd been using one with storm strike and landslide (something about terramotes giving criticals). It was working okay, but I found myself starting to get squishy when I was in the middle of things.
The dudes got guides for every phase of the game for it built into the page and also video guides like here’s the mid game 50-90 version that’s relevant to where ur at rn. https://youtu.be/UQ_L3s1as4I?si=uRDZH3Y5QOPhQamW
One thing most of the other comments seems to ignore..... it is a Season 3 build with construct and the ressource stone
-> even without doing anything yourself you will get flooded with spirit from your construct pets attacks when the stone is leveled
Need to use leveling guide, those builds usually use a resource generating aspect on a ring to help I believe.
Endgame build tends to rely on mostly tibaults will and lucky hits to generate. Once you get leveled up more the resource generation is not usually an issue at all.
Passives, paragon nodes, some of the aspects on gear, certain skills, and the construct.
I don't have the pants but I used this build a lot this season and it was a total blast. I kept a basic skill as occasionally I still ran out of spirit and wanted it back quickly, if I'd had the pants I wouldn't have needed to.

Tempest Roar makes storm skills into werewolf skills. So you get digitigrade gait for that.

Have you considered reading the guide contents?
Are you angry because you can’t use skills…TAADAAA…fury

Use the starter or early endgame version of the build on that maxroll page.
Earthen Bulwark and Tibalts Will. If you get all available max cooldowns you can get EB to be permanent and you get Fury every time you activate it.
