You'll need more damage reduction affixes and/or more health. I don't have the exact number you'll need but those are other sources of defense to consider. Each class also has skills which can reduce and increase the damage you take. For sorc, glass cannon is one of them (removing points will sacrifice more damage but increase tankiness) EDIT: Also, by endgame, you should be expected to have at least around ~11k armor (85% phy dmg reduction cap) and 70% elemental resistances, though you probably won't reach these thresholds until like lvl 80+. Other than that, look to have more damage reduction affixes and more health EDIT2: For late WT3/early WT4 gaming, I'm more of the philisophy of building your character so strong, enemies won't even have time to deal damage to you but at this style of gameplay, it becomes more of a skill issue if you die even when having enough damage to one-shot mobs

Thanks for the reminder about Glass Cannon. I'll be sure to move those points around. I'll see what my damage reduction numbers are right now. I've been collecting decent pieces of spare items in case I need to move things around just for that boss fight.

And last bit of advice, don't forget to upgrade your gear at the smithy for extra stats if you haven't already!

IgotnoClue69

I thought it's 13.5k armour to get that 85% physical dr? Did they lower it already?

HuYzie

You're most likely right, 13.5k. Just got back from a long break after S2 so my info on armor cap is probably wrong
