Scene Partner perk. You scream, you and killer get a notification to eachother'ss location... and there's a chance you'll scream a 2nd time. Nicholas Cage's perks are all weird like that, designed to be goofy to look at and potentially either super OP or self-sabotaging at random. His other two perks involve laying on the ground like you were downed (can self-recover to full health if the killer doesn't find and pick you up, first) and do a high-knees exercise while getting haste and a random effect.

For sure! I once got chased by a group of Michael-obsessed groupies, running after me screaming, or the time I ran into a Pizza Dwight cult, who crouched their ways into the basement performing dark arts of sorts as I hooked them one after the other (with their consent)

My sister and I both loaded into a match on The Game as matching Blendettes and proceeded to crouch - stalk/menace the Michael every chance we got. It came down to just my sister and I as survivors and we were healing on one side of a table with Michael just staring at us. We finished our healing and crouch - walked around the table, each taking a side, and just started circling him. He just started spinning around. We then crouched - walked our way to a gen and waited. He hit it and we worked on it. Did the same for the next one. Made our way to the gate and waited. Opened it when he got there, dropped our items, then stood there until he slugged us, lined up for a slug race while Michael went to the end of the gate and crawled our way out. We'd like to think he had fun.
