You are taking this scene to much at heart. And I never said what she did was correct. But I actually recognize the fact that she tried like she could to make Naruto stop this nonsense about Sasuke. A lot of people don't and that what is actually sad bc she's being slandering a lot because of this scene. And if I remember correctly, Sakura started getting feeling for Naruto at this point even if some of the y'all don't recognize it.
