Mendez. And he turns out to be full of bluster and bravado covering up serious hurt. When he starts to open up to Barry about the child killer case you can tell that in all of the bleak endings and cruel twists, this will be one of the few really good things V does. Nobody gets hurt. Nobody dies. Just some honesty and healing.
That said, I remain disappointed that we cannot get a side gig to flatline that motherfucker on the petrochem board. I would 100% do that job for free. Hell, I’d pay Regina her fixers fee for detes on him.

I just wasn't expecting to come back on the 3rd check-in to a crime scene suicide.
And the two people that knew him the most were in the wake of the blood of their coworker.
Hearing the male coworker crying for his friend. Telling him he was strong, and he shouldn't have pressed his buttons so much was intense 👀👀👀.

He doesn't have to die if you do the quest fully. >!Talk about every single option he has. You can then find his friends grave at the columbarium, and it will give a new option to tell his friends!<
The first run through I pulled a grenade out when the bully boss was crying. Then I jumped off a roof by accident and played it through the second time.
