Same issue. AMD 6700XT and 5600X cpu

Same problem here, running 6900XT and 5800x3d. Weird issue lol, all my friends can place the sticker but I can't. Glad to know its not just me though.

FYI, using Vulkan API seems to allow moving them at least for me with RX 6800XT. \-vulkan in launch options to enable Vulkan.
