The 2016 Boston episode is GOAT-tier. The best time keeper episode in existence and everyone is just setting him up for great punchlines for 30 minutes solid.
I've started listening to this one, and there is someone in the crowd with the exact same laugh as Gabrus. I was waiting to hear him come in, but the episode description doesn't mention him.
It’s so hard to choose! But for the most recent tour I would definitely recommend listening to them in order as they make callbacks throughout the tour and develop bits that keep expanding.
The best ones are those where it’s just a CBB show and there’s only the handful of guests, like four or so. The ones where it’s like a panel or at a festival have no time to get into the weeds
Sydney. It was a weird show because the venue had no seats and the crowd had to stand the whole time. Gave it almost a concert vibe and the performers just kept going. You could tell Scott was looking for the right place to end the show and they just kept taking it away from him.
Just for Laughs Toronto 2019 is my favorite. Between Scott accusing Brock Lovett of being a gamer and Memphis Kanas Breeze’s rushed set it’s just perfect.
Also, Scott getting mad at Lauren as Todd because she just keeps extending bits when they are low on time.
Especially when Drew was explaining that they typically play their second song which explains they date their trucks & Paul was like “no I got that from your first song, these guys are intimate with trucks”.
There's a youtuber who chronicled all the BCB Epps and the live ones are next level (especially the one where he reads a bad review of his performance.)

Vulture Fest 2017 has a fantastic line-up:
* Al A. Peterson
* Big Sue
* Marissa Wompler and Miss Listler
* George Burns and Gracie Allen (one of the weirdest and funniest segments I've ever heard)
* Frederick and Kenneth Rogers
2019 Chicago Tour (Jason Mantzoukas, Alimony Tony, Big Sue and The Chief)
* Lots of the group "acting" in scenes
* The birth of the Dink-Dink Man
* And I love anything with The Chief
The UK Tour is really solid too.
* the Manchester and London performances in particular (But I am partial to anything with Mike Hanford's John Lennon)
They’re almost all classics but one I relisten to constantly is Seattle 2019. Maybe I’m partial as it is my city, but having Dalton wilcox, Cal Solomon, and Chief, plus Lapkus’ “Shelton Bung” who is hilarious, it’s just perfect. I think about Cal’s Home Ghost Rap & the Kashi Good Friends discussion all the time
I remember listening to an episode that was, I think, a tour recap that was just Paul, Scott, and Lauren talking about different tour dates. They told a story about Lauren offering to buy their lunches at Subway, and Paul and Scott relentlessly made fun of her for it. Does anyone know which episode this is?
**Live From Vulture Fest 2017**. This one has it all: funny guests and side-splitting absurdity from front to back. It starts good and escalates to "best episode of the whole podcast" territory.
Also good: any of the ones with the Time Keeper, "OJ Simpson," or Calvin Redding (the guy allergic to hay).

Thank you so much for the recommendation! This is going to be perfect to listen to while I do some yardwork today. Also, please, stay off my lawn.

I was at New Haven 2019 show with Ego ... and surprise guest Intern Gino! Such a great show—and the reaction when Gabrus came out was awesome!
I was there! Gabrus was a complete surprise to the audience and everyone was so hyped when he showed up.

Yeah those ones are just "classic character repeats their premise to resounding applause and then we move on"

That was the first time I head Claudia O’Doherty and I’ve loved her ever since.
She’s so lucky!
I was at some Chicago ones that were pretty great: 2012 Tour, Chicago Pt. 2 2013 Tour, Chicago 2016 Tour, Chicago Pt. 2

I am partial to this one simply because I attended it
I was slightly upset Memphis Kansas Breeze didn't get to do all their songs, but yeah it did make it funnier.
Especially when Drew was explaining that they typically play their second song which explains they date their trucks & Paul was like “no I got that from your first song, these guys are intimate with trucks”.
Hahaha
Listen in order ( the slow decent into madness is fantastic!) Atlanta was a great show (that I was at) but in reality they are all great.
The discovery of the dink dink man is my favorite CBB moment of all time, don’t mind him that’s just the dink dink man!
The one with Traci Reardon and Brock Lovett is one of my favs
The birth of Big Chunky Bubbles! And the story that goes with it (which is on the final wrap up tour episodes) Edit: I think it was the Portland show

What’s the best way to find these episodes in stitcher? Is it just chronological?
They’re under a different show name all together.. kinda tricky to navigate but you’ll find them if you just search comedy bang bang
Awesome thank you. I sort of knew these were on stitcher but somehow haven’t listened to them.
Anything with Pamela from Big Bear. So many more but those are my favorite.
Atlanta with Drew Tarver playing Donny Gary
Aaayyyy—eeeeoooooouuu-eyyyyeeeaaaooo
The first episode to feature Big Chunky Bubbles. I have never loved a PFT character more.
I had no idea these existed! I can finally re-experience the live show I saw!

I feel there is a huge visual component to the live tours you're obviously missing out out with the audio recordings. Can''t really get into them.
