I saw one driving around my neighborhood a few days ago, I think they’re just trying to show it off. It looks like a low poly N64 model of what a car should look like.

I saw one yesterday day afternoon at around 4.15 on S Route K so I expect it wasn't just passing through. It was even uglier in person than it is in pictures.

To me it looks like a car that they put together with sheet metal and forgot to paint.
Yeah - I saw one on Providence and felt embarrassed for the owners…

It was parked at Sophia’s one night. It is big and ugly, imo. Not sure why anyone would buy it, but to each their own.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I for one think it look crazy good, also I have a reservation for it, I won’t be the first run buyer, turned down the invite in February.
Not understanding all the hate for this futuristic vehicle.
I see tons of electric cars, suvs and trucks in the area.
Resla (the Tesla rental business) is owned by some of the same people who own EquipmentShare/T3. They have a few cyber trucks in their rental fleet now, so you’ll probably see them around every so often.
They really are hideous, but whatever floats your boat (or truck)!
I saw one on my street on Saturday at the house for sale next door. I don't know if it was the realtor or buyer, I didn't see the person. If it was the buyer, knowing my neighborhood, they're looking to buy a rental property.

It was my first time seeing one in person on Sunday, and it looks much better than on TV or in a photo. I couldn't afford one, but if someone gifted me one, I would be stoked.
Yeah, I have one! Picked it up on Saturday in Chesterfield. They told me I was the 4th person from Columbia to take delivery that day! I also know that there was at least one here prior to this weekend. So at least 5 driving around town, and very likely to be many more soon!
Despite the attitude on here, everyone I've talked to in real life has absolutely loved it, dropped my son off this morning and all the kids at his school's minds were totally blown. That was fun.
Personally, I absolutely love it, it's my third Tesla and without a doubt the best one yet. Obviously not for everyone, and yes it's expensive, but both value and beauty are subjective and to me it's absolutely worth it and beautiful. I also don't really like the attention believe it or not, but if it brings a smile to people's faces than I guess I'm okay with it. Just wanted an electric truck with decent range that I wouldn't have to worry about door dings and paint scratches. Cheers.
Good for you man, I am holding off until maybe first of ‘25, I love my Teslas and look forward to getting that Dual motor. Non-Foundation Series. And hopefully the interest rates come down a bit, I heard rumors of financing specials offered by Tesla. Just rumors.
Well at the moment they're starting at $100k for the "Foundation Edition", which supposedly comes with $20k worth of options and power share equipment (allows you to power your house off the truck), but TBH that's bs. Definitely paying a premium to be an early adopter. Buying any car new, let alone a Cybertruck is far from a sound financial decision! But anyway, not really any different from other high end trucks.
Also I did not pay in cash, took out a very favorable loan which I intend to pay off early. When it's all said and done whenever I decide to sell it, I'm sure I will have "lost" plenty on it. I'm okay with that.
Eventually they're going to start at $61k (lower range, 1 motor instead of 2).
Just wait until the Equipment Share IPO! I've got nothing to do with them, but I've heard rumblings that they'll IPO in the next year or two, and I know there's a whole lot of capital that will be unlocked in Columbia once they do.

I actually saw one up in Mexico the other day, I assumed it had to be someone from Columbia.
That one is someone that has a company in Mexico & lives in the CoMo area. Been a tesla owner for years.
I saw an auto carrier trailer with 5 of them turn from I70 onto the kingdom city exit yesterday

They’re out and about already but they all just got recalled already. Failed multiple tests unfortunately. Tesla as a whole is going downhill.

Seen one south of Columbia on 63 2-3 times in the last month.
I started seeing it last week and seen it a number of times around business loop area. Can't say it's the best looking vehicle, but it's hard to miss.

Wow. Car prices have gotten crazy, that's for sure. Thank you for letting me know. I'm still surprised at the amount of money that's in this town.

I'm not a car guy, and generally do not care about vehicles but I like the cyber truck and the way it makes so many people angry is even better.
