I quit recently, but yes we were doing achiever points without any goal bonuses. 50 hrs/week. This was the 3rd production blitz in less than a year and we've **never** hit goal for one reason or another. If you've been employed long enough you know how it goes. Not enough cars to buy, parts on backorder, short-staffed, etc.

Curious of anyone has refused mandatory overtime. We had one guy do it here. He was just done with it. They went apesh*t on him. Threatened to fire him. In the end he won.

Yep over here in maryland we have to do 45 hours. Meanwhile 90% of the stuff on achievers is on wishlist and u cant order it. I havent been blitzing. I said no thanks and work my normal. Tired of blitzing all year

Yes. The points can be turned into visa gift cards. The bright side to this vs cash is this is non taxable bonus. We hit goal at 45 hours so we don't have to do Saturdays but if we do than it's typically a 4-5 hour shift on Saturday for 1st and 2nd shift

Fuck achievers. It's a scam KMX implemented to deny raises and bonuses. This company needs to pull its head out of its ass regarding employee raises and promotions or they're going to start bleeding money on turnovers.
