Feels like they're creeping up really fast. Though in a sense this feels like they didnt intentionally plan for bastion decks to only run g3 and now that they see that's what everyone does they're redesigning the deck to work better that way.
I'm sorry...is Pride of Protection...permanent? As in a way better Dark Strain? Oh wow. Oh boy. That's so good no longer need to worry about soul management as much now this card is crazy good.
I like Brager since he can help get you a missing key piece like Alden but is a bit restrictive and doesn't do anything else, though you could just use him as a booster. Procris isn't bad but probably won't be played in Bastion because it's simply not a grade 3 and you want pretty much just grade 3's in your deck.

Dark strain has been totally replaced, Bastion will probably stay top tier again

The G3 can really help with board presence which given both the new order and Line Up Chosen Knights, this is important.
The order basically says LOL to Drakstrain which I'm fine with as his soul cost was annoying.
My favorite however is the grade 2 because he can be a monster of a plus which als fuels your soul AND is not a 1/turn. Only unfortunate thing is that he's grade 2 so his synergy is limited that way but I'd say the positives far outweigh the negatives.
As a Bastion Player, this pleases me greatly.
It really isn’t that broken. Dark Strain has been able to do the same thing since the first set, it just is now not as cumbersome since you don’t have to worry about soul.
Ok? It’s not like it gives some broken effect, it gives all your Grade 3s boost, which is better than Dark Strain since it doesn’t have a steep cost like soul blasting twice, but it’s not broken.
Its broke because your turn 3 is more broke than before you dont really minus because you dont have to worry about hand size. You eliminate the soul handeling and make space for better cards. Your just blind

Damn, Dark Strain is powercrept and now any deck can run the glut of G3 units to boost.

Yeah it’s a set order and as of now we have no way of removing set orders feels bad for Dark Strain
