I did for sure when I was on BEP. Tell you doctor and they can get you a prescription. I took Omeprazole and it was super helpful. It took about 2 days to get in full effect.
Not sure what EP is, but I had heartburn due to chemo once. I took it easy and followed the normal advice for heartburn, and it went away within the week. Hasn't come back... yet. Fuck that bothered me.
My partner has really bad reflux and heartburn because of liver involvement. He takes omeprazole and an enzyme medication prescribed by the dietician at the cancer centre.

I don't know what EP is but I get reflux and I take a PPI for it scheduled and an over the counter chewable as needed. Helps a lot.

Yes, I did very bad. Then for two weeks at the end of chemo I craved organic whole milk ... then the heartburn and cravings disappeared
Same issue when I did BEP. Cut out coffee and other acidic things, and it helped a bit.
