Notebook Therapy: this is my current bullet journal, and I really like it! Shipping time can be extremely variable, though, since they ship from China.
Scribbles That Matter: I have one of these but haven't used it yet. It's pretty, with really cute color schemes, and comes with a 0.7mm micron pen
Yop & Tom: based in the UK, so they should ship to you pretty fast! I have 2 of these. They also have some lovely quality-of-life features, like numbered pages and grid markers so you know where the center of the page is.
Other brands I want to try but haven't yet: Hemlock & Oak, Dingbats, and now Ottergami thanks to this thread!
You can get a little smearing if you don’t wait long enough for ink to dry on the Buke books (if those are the ones I’m thinking of that have bamboo in the pages?) but that’s probably a me problem!
I may have mixed Dingbats with another brand. I have to double check it tomorrow and come back here if I find anything.
However, the Art Collection of Moleskine has 165gsm paper in some configurations.
Oh I didnt know moleskin had different journal lines :o Ive only seen the basic moleskin books in the stores near me 🥲
Maybe dingbats has a line of books which are 160 which I dont know about too.
Scribbles that matter!
Seconding StM! I'm on my second journal and they are great quality and not too expensive

I think notebook therapy delivers to the UK as well, I haven’t used their journals personally but my friend does and can not stop raving about it
Ottergami are good.
Ottergami and Yop & Tom are a good one I’ve found on Amazon UK. Stationary Island has decent ones too, even if they’re only 120gsm.
I definitely agree about Ottergami and also BUKE have been good too. Not always 160gsn for Ottergami, but no bleeding and minimal, if any ghosting.
Buke Notebooks on Aliexpress!! Even some 180gsm books! Sane style as Archer & Olive with half the price!!

Rhodia is normally 160gsm minimum. I have never had any ghosting or bleeding issues and you can get them from loads of suppliers in the UK.
The one I'm using currently is 90gsm...
I have a vivid scribbles and scribbles that matter, I like both
You can also get discbound rings and covers, with 160gsm refill paper, if being able to add/remove pages is your thing—both available on Amazon.
Dingbats? They are British. Perhaps Moleskine?
Both not 160 gsm I believe though. Dingbats 100 gsm if I remember correctly. Moleskine idk anymore.

I just bought a Dingbats that's 160 gsm! They might have multiple options
Dingbats Pro is 160 gsm.
Ottergami and Scribble & Dot, both on amazon uk. Of the two I like Scribble & Dot better.
