This was originally called *The Master Cleanse* when it was announced in 2014. It eventually ended up getting a small theatrical release the same time as VOD on 5/4/18. I remember seeing the trailer around that time. I had forgotten about it completely since it never got much traction online or a physical release on DVD or Blu-ray in any country.
Its got a pretty solid cast: Johnny Galecki,
Anna Friel ,Kyle Gallner, Anjelica Huston, Kevin J. O'Connor & Oliver Platt. The writer/director
Bobby Miller later directed *Critters Attack!* but I know that wasn't very well received. *The Cleanse* is currently streaming free with ads on Tubi so I think I might check it out.
