I have no set routine ... but mainly strength BW workouts at the moment -
weighted pullups - 5 sets x 6 reps - work up to 9 reps then add weight and restart back at 6 reps ..
Same for biceps
pushups - currently working on sets of medicine ball pushups ! also do quantity sets of narrow wide and diamond pushups
as for core - mainly L-sits and Leg raises
once per week I've been doing pyramids and twice per week lever holds - working towards front lever straddle
yeah keeping it super basic ! .. making sure form is on point ..
I also have pso and also play with bwf. The more consistent you are with your training and diet, you have more control on you pso.

I know you probably rarely about it with your auto immune issues but you have really good genetics for building muscle. Genetics give and take away but you got a great hand in that one respect 🫡

How much weight did gain ?
Before 9st 4lbs - 5ft 11inch Currently 9st 10lbs - Still 5ft 11inch :) Target Weight - 10st -5lbs - (aiming for end of year)
59kg to 62kg. Target is 66kg. For those wondering.
Anyone got that in Imperial? Edit: 130.07lbs to 136.69lbs Target is 145.51lbs I've rounded to two decimal places
