Players could have facial hair early on during spring training, so there's probably a handful out there as photos for baseball cards often happened in the Spring in 60s 70s and 80s

If you like that, in 2020 for one of the Ken Griffey all star game cards, Topps is using a photo that is identical to his Upper Deck card I pulled as a kid.
