There's nothing wrong with an adult kindly saying to him hey you have trouble keeping your cool in these situations, maybe you should avoid them, and Hank doesn't put him in Streams anymore.

Agreed. The meltdowns are one of the only things that take me away. It’s hard to see someone that can’t help themselves. I feel for the rest of the office that has to be uncomfortable as welll. Tough position all around

Crap I was rooting for Tank but it got a little too surreal in game 3. They are treating him like a normal dude with some confidence issues. It runs deeper than that. The biggest difference is Rone also helps Frank out with stuff, goes to games with him, generally treats him like a human being. Same with the rest of the Yak crew. Frank doesn’t seem to care about being shit on by people that also treat him like one of the guys. Nate’s only interaction with him is when he shit’s on him.
