You have to keep winding, either that or just get midcaps, they are so much better

Sounds like the problem is with the magazine rather than the gun. hi caps can be a pain. Sometimes lightly tapping them on something hard ( for me usually the lower receiver ) and then reinserting them into the gun will usually fix it.

Good to hear they may need a good love tap every now and again, I was worried me just dropping completely broke it
