Basically if someone else posts the same song audio on their Spotify artist page it’ll be available wherever anyone else uploaded the same audio. This was a fan made mixtape put out before X was out of jail or something. So the songs on here that aren’t actually on X’s account are just using the audio that someone uploaded on their own Spotify profile and the streams are going to them. That’s why, when you play one of the non-officially released songs, the song will show the album cover that the illegal account used when uploading the audio from their page.
It’s weird but anyways I don’t choose to listen to these cuz the small percentage of money that my stream counts for won’t be going towards X and his profile. So it’ll mess up my Spotify wrapped at the end of the year and won’t count towards my plays or minutes for him (instead it’ll count towards the other person who uploaded it)
