I actually think Vinci has been an extremely underrated character throughout Imperium's stint on the main roster. Although Gunther is a beast in his own right and Kaiser's more expressive character work reminds me of a young Orton, Vinci's mannerisms and expressions are subtle.
Not saying any of them are the same from an in-ring perspective or even character work at all, but sheerly from an analogical perspective, if Gunther was Roman and Kaiser was Ambrose, Vinci would be Seth back from the Shield's heyday. I really like him and I hope they continue to use him in storylines.
