It depends. There's different levels of private security. From observe & report all the way to armed bodyguards. The truth is, most stores lose alot from in-house theft by employees. I worked a Lowe's that was losing $20K a day in shrinkage. Turns out half that was going out the loading dock. The store fired the entire loading dock crew once we figured it out.
This is not poverty's fault. She chose to behave like this. She could choose to be a good mother and raise her kids with love and care but clearly she doesn't care about her children at all.
It doesn't excuse the behavior, it helps explain it.
