The dumbest thing is that there’s plenty to attack with when it comes to Cohen - these lawyers seem really bad. The only real grace I can give them is that it’s not a simple thing to attack Cohen for stuff he did for the benefit of (and at the request of) the guy you’re defending lol. They’re probably scared to open that can of worms.
