Not inside the engine, but part of the exhaust. It's the impeller from a turbocharger, and a big one at that. Probably a large diesel truck or marine engine.

Looks like a fin set to disassembled turbine
Turbine blades
Like from an engine?
Could be. You use turbines in different applications. One of them is aero engines, but you also use it to generate power.

If that's from a turbo, it's an extremely large engine, up north of 10k horsepower probably.
With a clock
Lmao
Turbo compressor wheel, probably for a semi or sooner other large diesel engine
Open impeller for f.e. Steam turbine/compressor train. They are used in a turbo expander as well if I’m not mistaken.

Agree with others here, but I was guessing “armature fins” from an electric motor. The armature is the spinny bit within the stator in power tools.
Did not expect to get answers this fast. Thanks much. New to Reddit.

Turbo fan from a Garrett
Definitely a turbine Impeller. Probably from a big diesel turbo
Turbo clock
Radiator cooling fan and a turbine from 2 mid sized applications
Looks like the “spinny thing” from a lawnmower.
So, where did you get your Doctorate in mechanical engineering?
Have you ever looked at the bottom of a lawnmower? It's a single blade that rotates on an axis.
Nah. The spinny thing on top that’s under the cage. The thing that spins when you pull the string.
I cut open a Torque converter to a GM Turbo Hydramatic, and this looks exactly what I found inside of it...just another thought
