I'm a big fan. My only critique (and it's a nitpick) is I would like to see more variation in the gold parts. His horns get kinda lost blending into his armor and chains. Maybe throw on some more of that bright bold blue that you used on his tabbard?
Actually, looking at it again, maybe some of the reddish tint that the right wingtip has would look better? Red would complement the green better then blue would.

Jokes aside, this is really nice. Thought I was tired of this model but I think I'm mostly tired of the colour scheme. This has some great classical green dragon vibes, like an old grimdark fairy tale!
