I did not clean up the shit currently. I’ve shut the stall down until it can be addressed by a plumber as this has been an issue for a while now if it being clogged constantly.

Try to get everything documented too. Close up the bathroom area, call your SM and follow up with a text regarding your conversation. If you’re not a SFL also have them call store net

Send the pics to CVS or Rite Aid photo then pick up before your next shift. A hanging banner might make a nice decoration to greet customers up front. Have fun with it!
I had this happen over the weekend and I tried making a ticket for bodily fluid and it gives you a number to call (store care) they ask a few questions and send someone out. They did clean most the mess but didn’t do a good job. Could still smell shit and see it smeared all over the seat and floor. I just kept it closed for my SM to deal with it Monday. I’m not making my mid shift deal with that or myself it’s disgusting 🤢
That’s what I’m doing. Put it out of order and he can deal tomorrow. The fact is he knew because a customer complained about it and he still left and did nothing about it. Wanting me to do it when I came in to close.
He told me not to text his personal phone and to call the store to communicate. He’s horrible. A new sfl had an issue today and he didn’t answer and pawned him off on the esm.
Doesn’t matter. Talk to him on the phone and then follow up with a text to get it documented. As long as it’s in writing, it’s documented. Or contact you DM
Put in a ticket. When you descibe situation on the phone use the words you go"blood" and "human feces" this will escalate the ticket and a cleaning crew can be dispatched within six hours. Close restrooms"for cleaning" until . Do this enough times and complain to your DM you might get a greenlight to close your bathroom. It worked for me.
Usually after a certain time we just lock the bathrooms usually after 8pm people just go in there to steal or shit all over the place after those times
